My complaint:
Dear sir, madam,
Yesterday I went shopping in Antwerp. I bought some fabulous nude coloured Hamble Oak shoes in your store. I however questioned the sales lady about a discount I had read. She would not give me the discount and said its the last pair etc.
So I bought the shoes anyway because I loved them so much.
Once at home in The Hague I went online and what did I see, Clarks did offer 20% on the entire collection. Plus I had a coupon for 10 euros in my email box.
I am so disappointed and sad and frankly I feel mislead because I have specifically asked and she pretended she didnt know.
It would have saven me 30 euros on the total amount of 99,95!
I buy and wear Clarks all the time but this I have never experienced. As a loyal customer I would never nag about a euro or twoo but 30 euros is a reasonable amount of money.
Enclosed please find my receipt from yesterday as proof. Can you reimburse me the discount on my creditcard? I have called the The Hague store and I wasnt allowed to return them there nor would they reimburse me the discount. This lack of service just is appaling I find.
I sincerely hope you understand my feelings about this Clarks purchase and will make things right.
Desired solution:
Korting die ik had moeten krijgen alsnog retour op credit card
still get the discount I deserved in the fist place
