My complaint:

These people charge 15 euro for sending an automated e-mail on a failed payment of 0.79.
There are mobsters who give you a better deal than that!
Unfortunately this is an international company, because this kind of thing is illegal in most countries.
Last time I will do business with these criminals!!!

Desired solution:

Refund of that ridiculous 15 euro the stole!
