My complaint:
In 2012 January I was going with the bus line 310 between Toolenburg Oost and Graan Voor Visch (Hoofddorp). The duration between stops are 1,5 minutes on Sunday. I checked-in with my personal OV Chip card, but was not enough saldo, then I went to upload saldo in oplaadautomat in middle of bus. In Graan Voor Visch stop came controle into the bus and didn’t wanted to listen that I just in the bus too. They took me out and wrote a fine, which is full of mistakes and selfish corrections as – uitsaphalte in Amsterdam, but their busses are even not going there on Sundays! The instaphalte also somewhere in New Vennep. So from one travel zone become the maximum zones,which that bus line can reach and that gave them right to ask from me maximal fine price. Of course, they were very fast to send it to Inccasso biureau. Thats just not fair! And such arogant behaviour, that you should search such people on purpose! And these peole working in public service! Ashame for company. By all this, I want to add, that then I was 7 month pregnant, so obviously was possible to see and understand that pregnant woman anyway in 1,5 minutes cann;t do a lot!
I am not citizen of Nederland, it is very difficult to find what is my rights, because in no one letter was mentioned where I can give complaints or ask juridical help. I need to search on internet, that’s takes terrible amount of time! Does any law do not regulate that in the letter with requiremet to pay money should be also mentioned another side rights? Why I can’t just enjoy my prengancy – baby care holidays but I have to spend time searching how to defence my baby money from unfair claim.
Desired solution:
Would be fair, that Connexxion would solve as fast as possible my complaint and cancel given fine (they are not very in hurry to do something themselves except to involve inccasso biuro, which also do not pay attention to registered letter-complaint).
