My complaint:
Ik moet betalen voor iets wat ik niet heb ontvangen. Alektum is zeer onbeschoft en volgens mij is het een grote oplichtersbende.
Desired solution:
Incassorekening kwijtschelden en naam uit bestand halen.

Beste meneer/ mevrouw,
Waarom heeft u niet eerder contact met onze klantenservice opgenomen en ons laten weten dat u niets ontvangen heeft? Wij hebben u een herinneringsemail en herinneringsbrief per post opgestuurd. Nu is het inmiddels naar het incasso.
U dient het verder met Alektum af te handelen.
