My complaint:
Accu van Dell XPS17 is na anderhalf jaar al stuk. Nieuwe kost €180 euro! Oude zes jaar oude laptop doet het nog steeds…. Bij geen coulance was dit mijn laatste Dell.
Desired solution:
Nieuwe accu of nieuwe accu met coulance...
