My complaint:

I am worried because my order 424891 hasnot been received,I place a order 424891 online on 23 april 2013 in DOD.nl. The track&trace 3S-code:3SYBAD0362666 from DOD.nl hasnot track the details.It has already lost for 22 days.I email DOD service everyday and wish DOD can help me find the parcel soon,but I havenot received any information from DOD service. Then I email POST.NL and wish offer the details about the parcel,but POST.NL give me a reply that they didn’t receive any information after the 24th of april 2013.I wish you can help me to find the parcel soon.If DOD service hasnot find it,I wish redelivery another again.

We have informed you about that several times in response to your inquiries. We understand that you want what you have paid for. Unfortunately it takes some time to find out what has happend with a package in case it is missing. On may 23rd we received information from PostNL stating that your package was lost. On may 24th we have refunded your money.
