My complaint:

I place a order 424891on 23 april 2013 in DOD.nl. The track&trace 3S-code:3SYBAD0362666 ,and I hasnot track sny details.It has been already lost for 22 days.I email DOD everyday and wish DOD can help me find the parcel soon,but I havenot received any information from DOD service. I am so worried,but DOD.nl has do nothing to help me.

12 years ago - Dear Customer, After receiving your complaint on may 5th we have contacted PostNL about the whereabouts of your package. We have informed you about that several times in response to your inquiries. We understand that you want what you have paid for. Unfortunately it takes some time to find out what has happend with a package in case it is missing. On may 23rd we received information from PostNL stating that your package was lost. On may 24th we have refunded your money.
