My complaint:
Disappointing service of KLM, a company that I normally appreciate for its service and choose to fly witch instead of Ryanair. I booked a return ticket to Amsterdam with infant addition. We changed plans so that my baby goes to Holland previously with his grandfather. Now KLM tells me that the cancellation of one way of the return trip for the baby results in cancellation for his whole trip, purchase of a new one way baby ticket, and extra payment for the baby luggage that I still have to bring to Holland. €170 extra just because there is no baby on my lap on the way to Amsterdam. I know this way of working applies for other airlines as well but it doesn’t make sense and should change.
Desired solution:
An admin fee of €10 should be maximum in these kinds of situations.
