My complaint:
I have sent my faulty my Motorola Atrix to Dynafix on 21st of May 2013. It took several attempts to convince Dynafix that my phone has been delivered * I have posted this phone with registered mail. After they confirmed that indeed my phone has been registered in their system I tough it wouldn’t take more that 2 – 3 weeks and my phone will be repaired.
I was wrong. Today it’s almost three months after I sent my phone for warranty repair! It’s way too long! Dynafix is saying they have sent my phone to external company for repair. I don’t give a s..t how they are going to repair but I can’t wait another 3 month to have it repaired!
Desired solution:
Receive my phone repaired from Dynafix or get refund from Ibood - it's where I bough it.
