My complaint:

Last August someone phoned me and asked whether I’m interested in a kind of “puzzel” magzine. I said that I don’t want abonnement at that moment. The person insisted that they will send me a free copy first. I can decide whether I’d like to go for the abonnement within 2 weeks after I get the free copy.
But to my surprise, they put me immediately under abonnement. Now they asked Jansen &Jansen to request the abonnement money. Now they changed their story. They said that they sent me an email somewhere in August and they gave me 14 days to make my decision. They said that I’m for sure opened the email. I wrote many letters, emails to Editie Enigma, but they just don’t want to handled it. I don’t know what further. Is there anyone can give me some help?

Desired solution:

They sent me 3 magzine for as my abonnementg. I didn't open their magzine. I can send them back. I don't want to pay the abonnement money.
