My complaint:

Somebody called on my parter’s mobile for jaarkart we said JA voor information later we got factuur for 99,95 I tried a lot to contact them but as usal Always busytone or nobody availabel later i get them who was on telephone was too rude as telephonist I paid this amount because we dont want any problem with INCASSO I think it is a fraude which is happened with me
