My complaint:
Dear Mr Gidding
I have just taken my last free day of this year off to wait for a order from Wehkamp and now I hear from Wehkamp that you have made a mistake by sending it to the wrong depot. I have had to cancel the order as I can not take another free day off this year. I find this is unacceptable. You have my correct address but you seem not to know where in the Netherlands the nearest depot to Zwaag is. It is a pity that such a firm as yours seems not to know this. You have cost me a free day for nothing. I hope that someone at your firm buys a map of the Netherlands before the Christmas rush starts otherwise there will be a lot of disappointed people in this land. I will be posting comments on as many web sites as I can find about your terrible service. yours truthfully S.R Williams.
