My complaint:

i bought a new ford in october last year and april 2011 they telephoned me to say my trade in cars milage was wrong and that i had to pay them 1500euro.the car i traded in was a renault vel satis they gave me 4000 for it which was not a lot of money for a car like that. when ford checked the milage it had been changed before i had bought the car. they
then called and said i owed them 1750. one week late they called and said a dealer wanted the car and i only had to pay 1250.they have said if i don’t pay they will send somebody round to repossess my belongings. i don’t have that kind of money to give them and i am getting scared they will come to my house and repossess my stuff.i have a 5 year old child its not something i want her to see. i am not happy the way they have been dealing with us. what if i need to take my car for service i would feel very uncomfortable going there.i know 1250 is a lot for a company to lose but it is also a lot for me to lose as well especially as i don’t have it. are ford willing for a family to go bankrupt over this money. they can check our bank statements to see we don’t have the money. my husbands hours have been cut recently and we are struggling just with our everyday costs

does ford have insurance against this happening if so could they claim on that.
my rechtsbijstand does not cover cars
