My complaint:

op 6-9-2011 de deal 4-gangendiner bij Grandcafe Nazar in Rotterdam besteld. Bevestiging bestelling ontvangen, maar na afloop van de deal geen voucher ontvangen, we zijn nu 14 dagen verder.

Desired solution:

graag wil ik de voucher nog ontvangen
