My complaint:
In July 2013 I bought two tickets for the HOOVERPHONICS CONCERT on 28 August 13 in Antwerpen, confirmation from GIGGO that they received the moneys 15 July. Up-to-date and one day before the concert I have NOT received the tickets (see attached confirmation)
Desired solution:
I want to receive my tickets today per email, as e-tickets please as the concert is tomorrow!
