Ik heb bij greatchoice een plasmabol gekocht, en die was stuk, heb hem retour gestuurd en tot op de dag van vandaag niets meer van het bedrijf gehoord. Wel al twee keer een mail gestuurd, maar geen antwoord.
Een nieuwe plasmabol of mijn geld terug.

Na overleg met onze leverancier blijkt uw product inderdaad defect en hebben wij het aankoopbedrag teruggestort.
