My complaint:

I purchased this product on 2 April 2012. It was written that the product will be delivered in 4weeks. First of all there was a major delay with delivery and secondly when i finally received the product in end of May, i found out that iPad doesn’t support this product.
I sent so many emails to groupon but couldn’t get any reaction. Very disappointing product and customer service.

Desired solution:

I would like to return this product and receive my money back.
