My complaint:
I have ordered a “sewing wonder” from Groupon on 30st of May. I was waiting for it for a month. It did not arrive. It arrived in July when I was on a holiday.
It would be ok, but Groupon choose the company with ridiculous delivery policy. If you do not contact them within 5 days after the second attemp to deliver, they send it back. So they give only 7 days to get it!
I have contacted Groupon. More than it takes them up to 2 weeks to answer to each email, they told me that it is not their problem and I should contact the delivery company. Since than no response to my emails. That is very nice, the product went back, the money is on the account, so why to care about the client!
Desired solution:
I want to receive the full amount back.
