My complaint:

on 17/2 i ordered a samsung galaxy tablet through groupon.nl and ‘swiss deal’.
they said it would take around 5 weeks to deliver.
that was, literally, over 11 weeks ago.
over a week ago i wrote both companies and asked where the tablet was. i STILL have not received a response from either.

Desired solution:

i would either like the tablet in the next few days OR my money returned.
