My complaint:

I had made a mistake twice by going to Cosmo to cut my hair and twice was terribly disappointed! First off, they have TEENAGERS that know nothing about hairstyle working there, they have no idea what a professional hair-styling is. The girl was supposed to cut my hair in layers, instead she made me look like a clown with my hair sticking out everywhere like I had an electro-shock!

Desired solution:

My personal solution is NEVER go to Cosmo again, but for their own sake and reputation, they should hire professional hairstylers and fire those girls that know nothing but how to chew on a chewing gum!!!
