My complaint:
As per a conversation with a member of their staff, I wrote to cancel/put off my membership due to job loss. I faxed and posted the letter and told them once I got a job I would be back straight away, as their staff really are very nice.
They continued to take money out of my account for the 2 month period. Month 3 they did it again! I told my bank to reject it. They did. They send me a letter, I replied, the sent me another letter I replied. They set their dogs on me (Snijder Incasso) and I told them I had written proof I did as I was asked and they didn’t really care. Off to court now so I do hope that sense reigns, I did exactly what was asked of me and they still don’t like it. Not remotely with the unprofessionalism of either HealthCity or Snijder Incasso
Desired solution:
They cop on and accept that their inhouse filing and dealing customer is useless and go away, as I'll never go back now!
