My complaint:
N.S. have made my life a hell! having had a yearly traject abonnenment for many years now this year they have really lost the plot! I paid my last subscripion (termijn 10)in March and I fully expected to have two free months as advertised before they started the new calender year but one month later in May they were already deducting the new yearly amount of 283.50 from my account again! between July and August I was on vacatio in Thailand and they could not apparently activate my accout. In September however, they removed two times the sum of 283.50 cents within the space of two weeks! Then this morning I received this letter from the Intrum Justitie to say I must pay the staggering sum of 2286.74 euros within one week otherwise the sum will rise yet further! I find the whole process outragious and if N.S. railways are wondering why there are so many people delaying distrupting trains by jumping on the lines they should look at their own antiquated policies first!
Desired solution:
I think the solution should be given more time to pay the outstanding sum of 283.50 euro\'s without incurring moe debt and more costs which quite frankly are completely unjustified.
