My complaint:
Hi, in the bill of November i received the bill from VF NL for 198 euros all because of data bundle. My data limit is 500MB, but exceeded it and i did not get any notification message about it. At the end VFNL says that i consumed 2000MB and I have to pay 198 Euro for this. This is ridiculous, they should have atleast notified the customer
