My complaint:

I have repeatedly written to Hotel Gold Card to cancel my ‘membership’. They took €149 from my account last July and have been threatening me ever since to pay another €149 to extend my membership which I do not want to do.

I already complained about them on this site. I just wonder why on earth they are still operating?

I hope no-one feels intimidated by their threats and pays them any more money. Phone your bank and ask them to block any payments to them. I have.

Desired solution:

I would like them all to die a miserable death... Failing that, I hope the police go round and arrest these scammers and lock them up for at least 10 years.

Oh pleeease 'death threats'. How ridiculous. Especially from a company who INTIMIDATES and THREATENS its customers. Of course this complaint has not been answered to my satisfaction. Anyways, I posted it to warn other people about Hotel Gold Card and to tell them to block them from taking money from their account.
