My complaint:

hotel group called my home and my young daughter answered, telling her all about free hotels and that there was no commitment to join they asked her for my bank account number which she gave to them. a few weeks later i received a package from hotel group i did not open it thinking it was junk mail only to find that 153 euro had been taken out of my account i have e-mailed and had no reply, i have called there customer service and spoke to a rose who was very unpleasant and told me i was committed for a 2 year contract, I have sent back the package that hotel group sent me

Desired solution:

I would like my money back and have nothing more to do with this company
