My complaint:

They called and said I won 75 euro’s. After a couple of days 153,95 was charged from my account…

I went to ABN AMRO and they returned the money ( this can only be done within 5 days of the original 153,95 charge) I also put up a blockade for their bank account.

This is a scam. If you have the same the only thing you can do is:

1, Get money back asap
2, block their number so they cannot charge anymore
3, Ignore their “MKB Incasso” agency completely ( also part of the scam)
4, Never pay!!!!! ( I mean NEVER)
5, Never let hear from you again

If you cannot get your money back, go to your local police station. This is recommended anyway!

If you cannot stand the pressure from they “MKB Incasso” go to your lawyer or (free) public legal office.

Desired solution:

Nothing, big scam.. Search the internet on Dutch pages and find out for your self!
