My complaint:

A few weeks ago I got a call saying that i received a prize of 75 euros, I asked several times that she spoke slowly, because I did not really understand Dutch very well. She asked for my details to deposit the money and would receive more information by mail. I asked several times if I would have some cost. She said no. Yesterday I noticed that was charged 153 euros. I called the company HOTEL GROUP – 0.80 cpm. After getting five minutes on the phone, the lady told me I was under a contract of 2 years and that she could not help me. How can I fix this? HELP ME

I want my money back and that the company remove my information from your system and relieving me of any contract or costs.
