My complaint:

Deze bedrijf sent me hotel vouchers, but I wasnt interested then I sent it back.
Now they ‘re saying that I send it back to late and without “ontvangstbevestiging” no where on the letter was suppose to send it like this.
Nu Ik moet betalen 118 Euros an MKB inkassoburo.
(btw, really fast reaction, like they allready working together like that for a while…)
Ik heb met Hotel group telephonish contact gehad,ze hebben wel mine brief maar maak niet uit, ik moet betalen !!!
