My complaint:

I was abroad few days ago and I turned on ‘internet op reis dagbundel’. After I get back to The Netherlands I tried to turned off this packet,but it’s impossible to do this. It will be automatically turned off on the of this month. The problem is that, because I have this internet packet on – I can’t use an internet in The Netherlands. I need internet connection here – I’m paying for this!!

Desired solution:

Turn on my internet connection as soon as possible or reduce my subscription.
