My complaint:
I travel around Europe and my 3G service is online, know that Vodafone will inform me about the rates. Usually when my account reaches 50 euros, I receive a text message which warns and allows me to stop or continue using 3G within the EU.
Recently I received the phone bill and came to my attention that the amount was pretty high. This August I was in Ukraine for a week and thought that Vodafone will take care of me and inform about the possible higher costs, because Vodafone is to be considered the leading mobile operator in the world. A friend who was with me on the trip has “hi” by kpn and he received the warning text message about the 50 euro limit. It seems that KPN as a service offer the 50 limit in the whole world and not alone as by law in the EU. Vodafone as world leader should do the same thing and at least inform there clients for high costs using data roaming. Due to this I’m highly disappointed in the careless behavior by Vodafone. If you check your records, all of the bills starting from September 2010, have been therefore I have loyalty for the company. I’m a willing to pay the amount 163.18 euros, whereas the rest of the amount isn’t favorable for me.

I am satisfied paying a goodwill 50 euro for roaming data in ukraine
