My complaint:

Hotel group contacted me that I WON!!! (based on selection of postcodes) a passport from them and I can contribute on it, they explained me everything in english, because my dutch is not so good. And in the end asked me to confirm everything they have explained with dutch JA. I said that in case I don’t understand the question I will have to ask again what was it about before I confirm. That happened several time. In no question (at least in its translation!!!) there was anything about that they can take money from my bank account. And they did!!! They asked me number from my bank account in case I am gonna use the prize within 3 months, so that I can get a little extra bonus from them. I was very stupid that I did it and I even aksed the woman if this is safe…very naive!!!), but it doesn’t change anything on that I didn’t give any permission to take money from my bank account. This is horrible crime and people who work for Hotel group are criminals. In conditions described on the letter which came with my “prize” was clearly said that when my passport will be prolonged in its activation after its validity time, they would charge the money. But nothing was said EVER about that I have to pay something now. I even asked in the telephone saying that I don’t want to receive anything I have to pay for.SHAME!!!!

Desired solution:

I want my money back. 153,95EUR.
