My complaint:

I was travelling to Gran Canaria via Madrid. We were delayed and missed the connecting flight. No information was given by Iberia about causes, but there was chaos in Madrid – many others were in the same situation. Finally I made it on the next flight to Gran Canaria. My luggage was 4 days delayed, but Iberia did compensate this after a few complaints via letter and on their website (no letter was sent to me, but just the amount credited to my bank account). But I am still waiting for a reply on my complaint about their lack of service concerning the flights and delays.
From a normal company one would expect a reply. But I guess Iberia is not interested in people to come back and fly with them again.

Gewenste oplossing

I would like Iberia to explain what happened and why no information was given. Also I do expect some compensation for the stress caused. Usually they should provide some drinks and food and a phone call – and in case of longer delays a bed to sleep on.
