My complaint:

I am another victim of KPN.
I have mobile phone subscription with KPN. Last year December I cancelled it – or at least I thought I did. After 40 minutes of talking and telling like 5 times the same details (my phone nr, my customer nr, my address, etc.. ) they told me that my contract will be cancelled next month and will be switched to pre paid. I believed it, and didn’t care much about it any more. That was the mistake, because KPN was still using incasso on my bank account!
When I noticed this, I called them again, and started to complain, but they said, that there is nothing in their system about my call. Of course, they can say anything, and I don’t have any proof in my hands – I don’t record usually my conversations.
They told me it’s not possible to return any money for me. The fun part was, that at the end, they asked me why I want to cancel my contract. Well, no more KPN for sure, these are dirty tricks to get your money…
Btw. is there an way to make some “official” complaint against them?
