If your payment was refused, and the merchant is not able to give you the reason why, you will have to contact your Issuer. Adyen can not provide you with any details about the Refusal Reason.
Adyen is not able to do the refund, so please contact Badoo to get your amount refunded. If they are not able to do this for you, you should contact your bank to get some advice on how to proceed.
