My complaint:

I have bought a jacket from stylepit two months ago. It was worn as expected and i have washed it after two months.(according to the washing instruction on the jacket) The jacket came open on four different places. The seams have been probably badly done. I have used the address that was on the retour form but have been told at post office that the given address doesnt exist. I have contacted the client service explaining the situation and got rather rude answer that I can only return clothes within two weeks even though on their website it says that products have the usual two year warranty expected in EU. Do they expect me to not return jacket that was of such poor quality and badly made that it didnt withold one single washing?

Desired solution:

I get proper address where I can send back this jacket and I get my money back.

Offered solution:

Mevrouw heeft 2 maanden geleden een jas bij ons besteld. Ze heeft daarna de foto's van beschadigingen gestuurd. Het is opmerkelijk dat de jas eerst was gewassen en daarna getrommeld. Trommelen is helemaal niet toegestaan voor dit model.
We hebben de klant een compensatie van 30 euro aangeboden.
