My complaint:
I wrote a month ago on this platform my complaint about groupon deal of Emine Schoonheidsalon, that this company is totally un-reachable. After I posted my complaint here, groupon contacted me right away, helped me with making an appointment. Ok, it all seemed to be fine. Finally a new appointment is made on 17 Jan. Today (16 Jan), I called Emine Schoonheidsalon to double confirm my appointment (because I really don’t have good feeling now about this company). Emine picked up the call, told me that their machine is broken and I have to wait for another 2 months. What a surprise!! If I haven’t had called, I would have travelled all the way to their company in this icy cold weather for nothing. I am totally pissed off by this company and cannot trust it anymore!!! This is a very BAD partner that groupon has chosen. It is a total waste of my time to keep on making appointment, keep on letting Emine Schoonheid salon disappointing me.
