My complaint:

have bought a Groupon for the deal:

• 4 or 5 nights in a hotel
• With 4 tickets to your choise of any themepark.

So it looked a great deal because I really want to go Disney World. So I bought this Groupon by Grouphon The Netherlands.
When those days were over at the Summer Bay Complex I was so happy to go to my other hotel because it was a nightmare!!! When we arrived back from Florida I directly informed Groupon again the whole situation.
Groupon finally gave me the answer to contact you again and explain the situation.

So in short lines:

o There was no welcomes breakfast at the first day (same breakfast as every day)
o The Groupon what I have bought in The Netherlands there only stands 6 days 5 nights deal including 4 Disney tickets
o There was no any registration or comment about this sales activity!
o This sales activity was a nightmare. My sister and I was kidnapped from 08:45 till 13:00 and had a lot of layers, advisors etc the only thing that they want was getting your signature.
o I informed directly Groupon what the hell is going on here
o By this whole thing we missed a day Disney!
o No one told me the whole business for this deal! Not JZ Vacations and not Groupon (JZ Vacations could told me this deal because we sent a lot of emails to you)
o There where a lot of people (that told Joe us) never knew about this deal.
o Also a lot of Dutch people had this nightmare!

What I want is a refund back from this Groupondeal. My family and I had an awfull time on this Resort. This was 1000% more when we had the whole sales show! What a nightmare.
Hereby you also can see the answer what I had from Groupon (it is in Dutch) that I have to do my complain by your organisation.

Deze correspondentie is in het Engels aangezien ik van kastje naar muurtje wordt gestuurd en dat ik nu aan moet kloppen bij JZ Vacations. Helaas heeft tot op heden JZ Vacations nog niet gereageerd. Ik ben er wel achtergekomen dat JZ Vacations de reis weer heeft uitbesteed aan BBB in Orlando. Dit bedrijf is een keiharde sell company die alleen maar ophoudt als je de handtekening onder het contract zet.

Geld terug ter compensatie van alle ellende.
