My complaint:

booked a flight amsterdam to kreta in April. during booking you can choose your flight possibilities so I choose 5:15am on 29/July. tickets arrived in mid-July that flight is now at 5:15pm. So lost a day and with arrival, little to do. Found out Transavia still had space available on the morning flight so it was Neckerman who changed the flight. disappointed as they take your money first and then change what they want later. if they want the right to change plans, they shouldn’t give you the option to choose a morning flight. I’m very disappointed and don’t trust the neckermann booking system. Also, in the email in July, you get no notice that the flight has changed. You just have to study your information to see. Unfortunately, I noticed this at last minute on Sunday and of course all phone numbers with Neckerman are not in service on Sunday. I had to drive to the airport to find out which confirmation was correct in case I had to be there at 5am still. I would have chosen a different destination with a morning flight if I knew this in advance. booking 56866742

Desired solution:

I understand changing a flight of a few hours is reasonable but losing a day or in this case 12 hours is very disappointing as it\'s only a 8 day total trip with less days with travel time. I want compensation for the 12 hours missed as I think it\'s reasonable.
