My complaint:

Hello. My name is *. I would like to ask you to remove the complain of the guest * (more than 2 years old)as my name is in it. Indeed, if you google my name on Internet, this complain is coming up. This is very embarassing for me and I feel like non protected in my private life. If I found it out it is because a potantial employer asked me about it during the interview. I don’t know if you followed that case but the guests were wrong and never got their money back. We still had the excursion ticket with the proof that the pick up point for the excursion was in front of the hotel Zante PArk.I wrote it on it. The other hotel mentioned was none of our hotels and I didn’t even know where it was located so how could I have send them there? What you don’t know neither is that there were many other guests that have been picked up and could enjoy the trip. The two other guests mentioned in the complain could have been compensated by rebooking the same excursion few days later. It was not possible for Mrs * as they were leaving the day after.

So I hope this will help you and that you will understand my position.

Remove the complain or just my name from the website opened to everybody.

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

dank u wel voor uw email. Klacht.nl screent de klachten op namen voordat ze geplaatst worden. Helaas glipt er weleens een klacht doorheen. Onze excuses, wij vinden dat erg vervelend. De klacht is natuurlijk aangepast.
