Telefonische opgezegd. Toezegging dat alles geregeld zou worden. Ja ja mooie woorden. 2 maanden later nog steeds lid.
En ja hoor gewoon betalen. Slecht service slechte klachtenafhandeling.

Geld terug en excus.
