My complaint:
I ordered Canon camera (cost EUR 140) and the camera bag (cost EUR 25) at www.bol.com, and received a Beebook computer tablets. Being an honest customer, I returned the tablet to bol.com and called the customer service (which cost me a lot of money to wait on the line!). Customer service provided me a voucher for the sending cost (EUR 2.95) in order to allow me ordering the right product without the cost and they said they will returned.
Guess what, I only received the EUR 25, not EUR 140!!!
Bol.com is easy online shop to shop, but not to return, especially returning money which takes at least 2 weeks to do that, and still they made a mistake!
I’m a regular client in the past, but this is the first time I have to return what I bought. Lots of trouble.
