Offered solution:
I.v.m. opschonen is deze oude klacht afgesloten.
Vodafone Webcare is actief sinds februari 2011.
Als deze klacht nog niet is opgelost kun je een nieuwe klacht aanmaken in klachtENoplossing.nl.
