My complaint:

In order to attend a one week Seminar in Venice I booked a retour-flight with KLM Ams-Venice-Ams. Two days before the event I learned that I had to be there a day earlier, so I went by other means to Italy. When I wanted to check in for the flight back I was told that my entire flight was cancelled because I didn’t attend the first flight.
