My complaint:

Ordered a double bed 140x 210,got a e,mail said received my payment and I’ll receive a e,mail with a delivery day.which I never received but next day had a card throught my letter box saying they had tried to deliver this product and would return next day to deliver,but in between I e.mail to ups to deliver to my work.which was delivered the next day,when store man said I looked said a double bed in a package 1 , 210cm long and 60 cm breadth and 10cm deep.(so called double bet with lattes not).
Phoned koopgoedkoop said ok send e.mil with a returne form for ups.
Ok I done returned with ups on16th April then received a e.mail off koopgoedkoop Koop on 24th april to say where’s the package hadt been recived from me.so i phoned they said it was received by koopgoedkoop on the 17th April by Adam.
Next day I received a apologies to say I was right,so said ok I’ll give another chance to deliver what I paid for,then next day got a e.mail saying bed out of stock and I could have a full refund.i said ok I’ll go ahead with refund,ask if days or weeks or months for refund.
Yes today 29th April I received a ups card saying a package was delivered to the neighbor.went to neighbor was the same package has the first time,unbelievable company and tired when Ian dele with this most days with koopgoedkoop or ups.
Hope you can help,if not thing to to a anngifte to the police or newspaper they are Internet fraunsters .
Desired solution:
Money back and money for my phone calls to koopgoedkoop and ups and my time and time wasted on this when I wasn\'t a fault.trying to deel ith a visa for my girlfriend I could do with this hassle.
