Complaint: Inability to enter Account details while stepping over from old KPN ADSL

My complaint:

The KPN Website has stated that stepping over to a new product from my old would be done inside a day. I have received the 21.08 of August as the date that I would have the new Internet. They were of course quick to terminate thze old line, but 6 days later and the company is still not able to enter my account details in their system to let me use the services I am paying for. The employees at the customer service desk are either incompetent or have only an answer of you have to wait as an answer. It can take up to 48 hours (heard that 3 times in the last 120 hours). I regeret that I did not switch the provider due to the danger of sitting without Internet/Tv or phone.

Desired solution:

That my account is finally activated and I am reimbursed for the time I have been waiting for a simple administrative item. Especially since my telephonecosts are still higher due to me being forced to use my mobile phone opposed to the ordered flat rate
