My complaint:

kpn promised to connect me as soon as glashard(reggefiber) would have connected my house. this has happended in april, but still kpn is not able to connect me as in their own systems i’m in preorder status and they can’t change it and don’t know why, i have spent energy and money calling them multiple times, but they are not able to send me a technician and solve it

Desired solution:

getting connected
