My complaint:

This is for your kind attention that I J.Singh had a Acer Laptop bought from Media Markt.
With in 1 week’s time there was a crack in the display. Sorry to say but the laptop was also not dropped. I can say that becase there no damage on the sides of the laptop.
As it was under garanty I took the laptop to klanten service, the lady explained that we will send the laptop to get a technical check up. As I asked that u can also say later that it is done by us the lady said no and she delibretly pressed the screen to proof us that it can be pressed and then the screen can damaged.
I made a point to note down her name because of pressing on the screen there was a mark of her thumb.
Later I receive a letter saying that i have to pay €239 for repairing the screen.

Desired solution:

I am sorry to say that with in one week 's time I was really careful with my laptop and it is a technical fault .
I would like that media markt should give a new laptop or repair the screen.
