My complaint:

The offer of computer compleet was clearly mentioned that it would include 10 packages including certain gifts. But, I received only first package which I paid. Now,the company claims that the first delivery of the package was the whole packages of the order and it costs 156 euros, not 15.95 euros (which was supposed for 1st package). I am sending the whole things including what was offered in the introduction package (which it claimed to be free and needed to be paid only sending cost; that I had done). My complaint is that Lecturama:
1: gives misleading information on telephone while selling its products
2: does not deliver the packages the way it claims.

Desired solution:

As a solution, I want to get the paid amount of 15,95 euros return and a confirmation letter that I am no longer obliged to pay for any offers or services. Since, I do not want to be its client anymore.
