My complaint:

I am unable to log in into my profile. I have tried to retrieve my password through email, but I am not receiving anything.

I have paid for three month, but after several weeks I am not not able to access my account anymore!

Desired solution:

I have created new account under the same email, in order to communicate with Lexa's customer service. However, Have not received any response!

I understand from your message that you are unable to log in on your profile.

I have checked your profile and can inform you that your profile is active at the moment. By logging in on your profile you will be able to use the Full Membership you have paid for.
