Ik heb al meer dan 10x geprobeerd contact op te nemen met lightinthebox, tevergeefs… er bestaan géén telefoon nummer en als ik op de site een contact formulier instuur dan krijg ik een standaard mail terug. Ik heb 500 keer gemaild en dingen opgeëist, ook tevergeefs. Het is nu 2,5 maanden geleden dat ik wat besteld hebt (levertijd max: 20 dagen).
Geld terug, direct!
